Finials are often used to accent many different components from fences and stair railings to flag poles and porches. All Nantucket Post Cap Co. finials should be sealed BEFORE installation with an oil base primer, paint, stain or preservative to ensure long life. These should be applied to all surfaces INCLUDING the base. The Nantucket Post Cap Co. wood finials are great for indoor and outdoor use. All NPC finials are shipped with lag screws for easy installation.
